if your signature has multiple images each image will create its own faxed page. This results in your faxes taking longer to send, costing more and paper waste for the recipient.

I have created how to instructions for creating a new signature to use when faxing, it is saved in the Share\Procedures\Faxing folder.

As an alternative before sending the fax email message you can also go to Format text in your Toolbar and select plain text before sending your fax, this will also solve the issue. You must remember to do this for each fax email you send.
